This is a contract-to-hire position which offers an initial 60-day contract, enabling you to ramp-up during the onboarding and training phase while showing initiative and collaborating with our team. At the end of the contract period, we will be offering a full-time position unless it’s not a good fit.

Job Description

We’re looking for a social ads specialist to join our digital marketing agency and drive our social media advertising efforts forward. If you’re a proactive, self-starter who has a passion for people and strong attention to detail, we should talk.

We’re a small agency so this position will have a tremendous amount of responsibility and opportunity for growth. We are looking for a driven, independent, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can spearhead our client accounts and projects effectively.

Required Expertise

  • 1-3 years of social media advertising experience (ideally Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
  • Strong understanding of social advertising best practices, copywriting, trends, etc.
  • Ability to proactively recommend advertising strategies to specific industries and clients
  • Proficient in planning and managing social ad campaigns
  • Expert in social media ad platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc)
  • Ability to lead client calls and meetings
  • Proficient in data and analytics reporting

Additional Expertise (if applicable)

  • Expertise with Youtube ads
  • Conversion rate optimization
  • Reputation management


  • New client on-boarding (setup Meta ads manager, etc)
  • Execute social ad strategy (building audiences, conversion tracking, remarketing, etc)
  • Platform management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.)
  • Create advertising campaigns with varying objectives (lead generation, conversion, etc.)
  • Work with creative team on photo, video, or graphic design ad content
  • Write compelling ad captions
  • Manage advertising client relationships
  • Monthly reporting and client calls
  • Work in project management platform (Asana)
  • Attend internal company meetings
