Neighborly Ventures needed a marketing partner to help them select a name that was strong, original, and communicated the values instantly. They also needed help building the brand and designing marketing assets that would engage their audience and maintain strong brand equity.
The Neighborly team needed help coming up with a new brand that encompassed their values, services, and that could stand the test of time given changes in the real estate market.
Opportunity
After teaming up with the Neighborly team in the past on previous marketing projects, we were thrilled to help them build their new brand. The opportunity to help them create a strong brand that people could get behind was both exciting and challenging with a specific focus on differentiated service offerings from competition and the existing market landscape.
Strategy
After a comprehensive discovery process that helped us clearly articulate and understand the vision, we strategically shifted our focus to defining the brand values and crafting a mission statement. We then outlined a strategy for designing the brand assets.
Execution
Our team developed the visual identity for the brand: new logo, color palette, typography, design themes, curated photography, and brand guidelines that provided a playbook for the Neighborly team to work off of. In addition to this, we created transition plan from MW to Neighborly that helped maintain brand equity
Delivery
After completing the execution phase, we delivered a variety of marketing assets including a strong new brand that feels professional and relatable, and feels unique and more progressive than its competition. We delivered a variety of assets including logo, colors, typography, messaging, and brand guidelines.
